8 April 2026 – Planned Start of Services Installation Installation is scheduled to commence for the following infrastructure:

This initial phase will apply to the larger stands (indicated as yellow stands on the official site map, herein referred as Phase 1).
Approximately July 2026 – Services for Smaller Stands (indicated as green stands on the official site map, herein referred as Phase 2). Installation for the smaller stands (indicated as green on the site map) is expected to begin roughly 3 months after the commencement of the larger stands.
31 October 2026 – Estimated Service Completion & Transfer Based on the current programme, the services installed for the larger stands are expected to be completed and transferred to the respective stand owners around this time.

As with all infrastructure developments, timelines remain subject to normal construction processes and external factors; however, every effort is being made to keep the project moving according to plan.
